The hub of golf operations is The Pro Shop at Valparaiso Country Club. The Pro Shop handles everything from registration of golfers, tee time reservations, event and tournaments sign-up, and general golf information.

The Pro Shop carries apparel from Adidas and LevelWear for men and women, Donald Ross (green-grass only) and Stitch for men. Also, The Shop carries boutique brands like GG Blue and IB Kul for women.  Headwear options include styles from Callaway and Imperial, as well as Vimhue, a company that designs hats specifically for women by women. The Shop has footwear from FootJoy and Adidas.

The Pro Shop maintains a wide array of the latest golf equipment. Members can try the latest in clubs from Callaway and TaylorMade. VCC hosts custom fitting days with Callaway, Mizuno, PXG, TaylorMade, Titleist, and Bettinardi. This allows members to find the perfect set-up for drivers, fairway woods, irons, wedges, and putters. Once determined, members order their clubs from the manufacturer to be delivered to VCC to pick up and put to use.

The Shop stocks golf balls from Callaway, TaylorMade, and Titleist. The Shop keeps a variety styles and types of golf bags from Callaway, Ogio, Titleist, and Stitch.

Members and guests find gifts and accessories in The Pro Shop. Special orders can be made, including corporate or special event orders with The Shop.

The Pro Shop is open March through November (weather dependent).
