A benefit of VCC membership is the opportunity to dine at the VCC Dining Room. Chef Kevin and his staff oversee a diverse menu to meet our members and guests’ culinary wishes for lunch and dinner. The options allow members to enjoy their favorites as well as to try what could become a new favorite, too. Chef Kevin keeps the menu fresh with seasonal updates and specials.

The Dining Room experience is not only found on the menu, but with our staff. The Dining Room staff bring an enjoyment to dining at VCC that one expects to find as a member of a country club. Many of our staff have worked with VCC for more than ten years. They know our members and welcome them by name. Many times, they know our members’ preferred drink.

Many a round of golf gets better in retrospect over a glass of a favorite beverage. Whether it is served as a draught, bottle, over ice, straight, shaken or stirred, our staff has your go to beverage, or they can offer you one of our drink specials.

The Bar is a gathering place for friends, families, and someone you just meet on the course to share the tales of today’s round or reminisce about past rounds, while enjoying a round, or two.

When you don’t want the beautiful day on the course to end, keep it going with food and beverages at the Pavilion. Settle scores, take in the views of the course, put the final touches on your scorecard, and enjoy selection from our menu.

In a hurry? Have a drink, an app, and order some dinner to take home for the family. They’ll appreciate the meal. And, they may even enjoy hearing about your wonderful round of golf.

A summer day at the pool with your family and friends can be more enjoyable with food and drinks sitting or lounging on the deck. The Poolside Cafe’ offers an array of options to satisfy a desire for a light snack or meal.  Options are available for kids.

The “older” kids can enjoy adult beverages poolside, too.

Our staff takes orders and brings your items to your table or chaise lounge. You won’t miss a minute of sun, unless you want to find a little shade under one of the poolside umbrellas.

Be sure to recharge and refresh heading to the back nine. Before you tee off on Eight, you can place an order on the VCC app for a light snack, sandwich, or other items to reload with nourishment, as well as your preferred beverages.  By the time you complete hole Nine and make the turn to 10, your order will be ready to pick up, without delay as you continue to enjoy your round.

You can also use the app as you finish the inward nine, so you can have your order waiting for you to celebrate, commiserate, or settle up after your round.
